In our labs, every component is tested to ensure maximum durability and performance. Handles and shoulder straps undergo up to 1,500 cycles of mechanical stress. Wheels are challenged on treadmills across hundreds of kilometers. Products face extreme temperature simulations and water exposure. Raw materials are tested for abrasion (ASTM D3884), tear strength, color fastness (ISO 105 X12), water repellency (ISO 4920), and resistance to fading (UNI EN ISO 105-B02). Nothing is left to chance — every material must prove its strength before becoming part of your journey.
