Piquadro is an Italian brand of professional and travel leather goods characterized by innovative design and technological content. The company was born in 1987 out of the perception of Marco Palmieri, the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The headquarters is near Bologna where the new executive offices are located along with an efficient logistics base for the gathering and fulfillment of orders.

How long is the term for directors?
The directors serve for a period of three years and their terms expire on the date of the shareholders' meeting called to approve the financial statements of the last financial year of their term. They can be re-elected at such shareholders’ meeting. The current Board of Directors was elected by the Shareholders at the meeting held on July 25, 2022.
