Piquadro SpA for the transmission of Regulated Information has chosen to make use of the SDIR-NIS circuit, called eMarket SDIR managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., with registered office in Piazza di Priscilla 4, Rome.
Piquadro SpA for the storage of Regulated Information has chosen to make use of the storage mechanism called eMarket STORAGE managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., with registered office in Piazza di Priscilla 4, Rome.

The internet site www.piquadro.com(the "Site") is an online information service provided by Piquadro S.p.A. (“Piquadro").
Use of the Site implies that the user is aware of the terms and conditions of use as outlined here below.
